IntelliOffice CAFM

IntelliOffice is 100% web-based CAFM system that dynamically integrates with your CAD floor plans. You maintain the floor plans directly in any DWG based CAD software and then easily link them with the IntelliOffice database. We can provide floor plan updates for you, so no CAD experience is required for you to maintain IntelliOffice on an ongoing basis.

Space Accounting & Tracking

With accurate floor plans in IntelliOffice, the next step is to assign people to spaces on your floor plans. You can also designate conference rooms, hoteling or hot Desk areas for use with Indoor Finders. The majority of our customers integrate IntelliOffice with their HR system to automatically import personnel data. We have experience integrating with Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP and more. You can also start by importing a simple Excel list and just Drag & Drop personnel to locations within IntelliOffice.

Generating department allocation reports is an extremely time consuming task without a good CAFM system in place. IntelliOffice automates your allocation reporting process with industry standard reports and color coded floor plans.

IntelliOffice can help you generate utilization reports that address Square Footage by Headcount, Business Unit or Department, plus detailing all Occupancy and Vacancy rates. These metrics can be rolled up and compared against other properties in your portfolio.

IntelliOffice includes numerous standard reports and a custom reporting tool. Standard reports cover department utilization, optional BOMA space summaries, move activity, vacancies, headcount and more in both Imperial and Metric values. Reports can be saved as PDF files and exported to Excel.

Work Management Module

Our Work Management module, often referred to as CMMS software, can assist your facility department to streamline the process for managing work orders and preventative maintenance tasks. This is done with a powerful workflow engine which automates the work ticketing process by notifying all parties from initial work request through all status updates while maintaining a complete history. Since IntelliOffice is web-based it is very easy to provide access for everyone in your organization to submit and monitor their work tickets.

Maintenance Module

With our Maintenance module, you can track planned work orders and all customer requests. The intuitive workflow process ensures that all of your team members and vendors receive email notification throughout the entire work process. This results in a coordinated effort to track and complete work requests. Your entire facilities team can manage work tickets from their computer, tablet or smart phone.

Our Preventative Maintenance module allows you to create schedules for planned equipment maintenance, cleanings, fire safety checks and more. Our advanced, easy to use scheduler allows tickets to be set for any frequency.

Maintain your equipment inventory data such as purchase information, warranties, service contracts, vendors, maintenance routines and associated documents. You can also show an equipment location on floor plans in the IntelliOffice Drawing Explorer.
